No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any of our subscription plans. Since our service is based on dedicated time, expertise, and resources, refunds are not possible once a payment has been processed. To ensure that Hueance is the right fit for your needs, we offer a Try Hueance Plan for just $1 for 7 days. This allows you to experience our services before committing to a monthly or quarterly plan.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Here’s how cancellation works:
Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
Quarterly Plans: You may cancel before the renewal date, but refunds are not provided for unused months.
Try Hueance Plan: If you do not wish to continue after the 7-day trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Hueance website.
Navigate to the resources section.
Click on manage Subscription and follow the instructions.
Now log in using your email address

What Happens After Cancellation?
Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
You will lose access to our design services after your subscription expires.

However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or changes are necessary. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Event Cancellation by the Client
If you, the client, wish to cancel the event or any services booked with ProShark Pvt Ltd, the following guidelines apply:
More than 30 days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made, minus a 10% processing fee.
Between 15 to 30 days before the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund of any advance payment made.
Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided. The full payment will be charged.
In the case of event cancellation, please notify us in writing via email to info@proshark.in or through your point of contact at ProShark Pvt Ltd.
2. Event Cancellation by ProShark Pvt Ltd
In rare instances, ProShark Pvt Ltd may need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
We will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information provided.
We will refund the full amount of any payments made for the event within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
ProShark Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs, including travel or accommodation, that may have been incurred by the client.
3. Refunds for Changes or Modifications to the Event
If you request modifications to the event after the booking has been confirmed, refunds will be assessed based on the nature and timing of the change:
Minor changes (e.g., adjustment of event time, venue, number of guests): No refund or additional charges unless the requested changes incur additional costs.
Major changes (e.g., change in event type, cancellation of specific services): The refund will be calculated based on the costs incurred for the services already provided or reserved.
Refunds will be processed after the event modifications are confirmed, and you will be notified of the final refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Some fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include:
Service fees charged for consultation or event design.
Any third-party services or deposits (e.g., catering, rentals) that are non-refundable based on the vendor’s own policies.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or event modification. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take additional time depending on the bank or payment gateway.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other uncontrollable circumstance that prevents the event from being held, ProShark Pvt Ltd will not be liable for refunds. We will work with you to reschedule or make necessary adjustments as per the situation.
